Wedding Guide
Every wedding is different and every couple have different needs on their special day. Some would want the media team to stay later in reception for traditional purposes, some want the intimate moment in the getting ready for their wedding day to capture more. here is a general timeline for a wedding day so every couple have a guide on what their wedding day will be like. Please also take consideration about the travelling time between locations and videography team will need 30mins to set up at the ceremony area before ceremony starts.
Grooms getting ready (45mins)
For grooms getting ready we usually spend 45mins. When we arrived we expect the groom to be in his white shirt and pants only, parents and groomsmen to be all dressed and ready for photos. Have all the details ready, for example Invitation card, watch, shoes, tie, cufflinks and buttonholes (any other accessories please prepare also). We will start with the groom putting on his shoes, then everyone will help each other out getting ready together (this usually where the guys gets to relax and have candid moments together). Since the groomsmen have been handpicked by the groom himself, we know how special they are to the groom, so we get each groomsmen to put on a piece of details on him and have a special moments together.

Once the groom is ready, we get special moments with his parents. Putting on dad buttonholes and mums crosage can bring the special intimate moments together. Of course we have to take family photos. Lastly we will take a portrait of the groom by himself and if the bridal party wants to do a cheers photo together
Bride getting ready (60mins-90mins)
We take our time with the bride getting ready as there are more details to capture on the wedding day. Just like the grooms getting ready we would like all your accessories be ready for us to take photos of. firstly we would like to take photos of you and your dress together. you spent time choosing the perfect dress for your wedding day we would like to capture your moment with your dress. Don't worry about feeling awkward, we would talk to you through out the whole thing and without knowing it we have taken 50 photos lol!. We also like to get photos of you and bridal party together in your bathing pyjamas or robes maybe popping champagne together.

Once you get into your wedding dress we would get someone from your family member to help you with your final touches on your perfect dress like your veil and shoes. Just like the grooms we would capture every detail and moments you have with them. This will be the perfect time for you to do your first look with your dad or another member you would like. Lastly just like the groom side we will do your family photos and bridal party photos.
Ceremony (30-60mins)
The ceremony is where it all matters. This is the moment that you both been waiting for. we would capture this with no interruptions. You both focus on each other with your loved ones and let us capture the true and raw moments in the best way possible. we would get multiple angles throughout your ceremony.from the first bridesmaid walks down the isle all the way to you both walk out hand in hand as husband and wife.
Tip: for bride and bridesmaids, walk slowly and take your time. Bride enjoy the moment, look at your soon to be husband standing in front waiting and excited to marry you!!

When you both walking out for the first time as husband and wife, enjoy it as everyone cheers for you both with confetti falling from above until you do 1 last kiss on my cue.
Family photos (approx. 20mins)
Before the wedding day we will go through and make a family and friends photo list. Right after the big group photos I will announce we will be doing family photos. we can get this done quickly with a little help from someone on your bridal party who knows both side of the family and we can move on to bridal party and couple photos. I will have a list with me to make sure all go through and get a photo with you both.
Bridal party and couple photos (60mins)
This is the time you get to spend time with your chosen crew for the day we will get formal photos and then we will let lose and be yourself (depends on how crazy your bridal party is lol!). We will be doing photos of bride and bridesmaids together and also bride with each bridesmaids, and same with grooms. once done bridal party can join in with guests while we get some photos of the newly weds for intimate photos. This time could be just the first session of the newly weds we could be going again sunset time and also night time, depends on the weather and how the day goes.
Reception (varies)
You have spent time and effort on making your reception the way it is, we will capture all the details from your table set up, favours, cake, flowers and all the other details. Once all that done we will capture all your guests coming in and every formalities and you both and your guests having the time of your life. We understand that formalities such as cake cutting, speeches and first dance is very important and we will capture every moment of it. Here is an example of a rundown for your reception.

6pm - Grand entrance and cake cutting
6:15pm - Entre
7pm - Speeches
7:30pm - Mains
8:30pm - First dance and dance floor open
9:30pm - Sparklers exit
